The general conditions govern solely and exclusively the use of the website of IRUA by its USERS. These general conditions are displayed to the USER on all the pages of the website www.irua.es and every time that a USER enters his details in the forms so that he may read them, print them, file and accept them via the Internet. The USER may not enter his details without accepting these conditions.

1.2.- IRUA may block access to its website at any time if it detects any usage contrary to the law, good faith or these general conditions. See clause 5.

These general conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. The Law Courts of (Bilbao) are competent in order to resolve any controversy or conflict that might derive from these general conditions. The USER waives any other rights that might correspond to him.
Should any clause of this document be declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into consideration the wishes of the parties and the purpose of these conditions. IRUA may decide not to exercise some of the rights and powers conferred in this document although this shall not be construed under any circumstances as a wish to waive such rights, unless expressly recognised by IRUA.
