MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

IRUA began its activity in 1986 with the aim of manufacturing high quality valves for water lines.

Air and control valves soon became the company’s main products, all of which are manufactured in accordance with AWWA (American Water Works Association) and UNE EN 1074 standards.

FACILITIES

In our production centre in Galdakao (Biscay) we have 6 warehouses with a total surface area of 2100 m². These are equipped with centres for machining, surface preparation and painting. There are specific assembly and testing areas for each type of valve.

The production centre also includes an office space of 200 m² where all the departments operate in close collaboration with the work of the plant.

Given the high level of industrialisation in our environment, the vast majority of our suppliers are located within a few kilometres of our centre. This enables close relationships and communication, ensuring tight control over all processes such as casting, machining and welding.
