How a Series P-AR air release valve works
The automatic air release valve works by means of an internal float system that controls the opening and closing of the purge orifice depending on the presence of water or air in the valve chamber.
The valve will remain in closed position until it detects air pockets to purge
The valve will expel the accumulated air in a pipeline when it is pressurized and in service
